Build The Future is a non-profit organization that works to create thriving and sustainable communities anchored in local relationships. We aim to meet the basic needs of communities through early childhood development programs, education and community development programs.

Upcoming Builds to Fund

We currently have 5 separate facilities operating across South Africa and within the next 3 years, we hope to have a total of between 10 to 15 facilities. Near Johannesburg, we run a feeding program in Soweto and a preschool in the informal settlement of Kya Sand. We have 4 preschools, a makers market, and a teaching garden near Durban in Ndwedwe. There are plans for new sites in KwaZulu-Natal, with a container preschool and farming
project.

One of our biggest driving forces today is our 'American Connection', as we like to call it. For many years, volunteers from the US-based organization called Crossroads in Cincinnati have visited our various locations across South Africa.
